FLAVORITS is an online store for kitchen products that you can access via the Internet and the website www.www.flavorits.com (hereinafter referred to as “online store”, “website” or “site”), which is created and operaed by the Greek private company STAY HUNGRY P.C., seated in Maroussi, Attiki, Vas. Olgas 30, Tax Code 800911995 of the Maroussi District Court, and is legally represented (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
Before you enter the online store and browse our site, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which are specifically applicable to the use of the www.flavorits.com shop, located at www.www.flavorits.com and regulates the relations between www.flavorits.com and visitors/users/customers.
Accessing and browsing in FLAVORITS, as well as making any transaction or communicating with our company, means you consent and unconditionally accept these terms of use.
FLAVORITS reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the terms and conditions of browsing its website and transactions made through its online store. It is prohibited to use, copy, record, reproduce, distribute or process the content, for any reason and by any means, without the prior written permission or approval of STAY HUNGRY P.C.
The names, images, logos and distinctive features that represent FLAVORITS, are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of FLAVORITS and STAY HUNGRY P.C. and are protected by Greek, European and international laws about trademarks and industrial and intellectual property and against unfair competition. In any case, their appearance and exposure on www.flavorits.com should in no way be construed as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.
3. Limitation of Liability
FLAVORITS provides every effort to provide better and timely customer service, but is not responsible for any damages that may result of the carrying out or not of the order or of the failure to deliver the goods in time of force majeure. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any legal or civil or criminal claims by visitors to the website or for acts or omissions of third parties in products made available through the website.
FLAVORITS does not guarantee the availability of its products, but guarantees that its customers are opportunely informed about their unavailability.
FLAVORITS takes care of the thoroughness and validity of the information on www.www.flavorits.com, but reserves the right for any technical or typographical errors. If a product has an unusually low price, without any particulars to justify it, please contact us before ordering the product.
4. Return Policy
Cancellations: Once you have registered your order and it has NOT been sent to you yet, you can cancel it for any reason sending your written request to FLAVORITS and to this email info@www.flavorits.com.
Changes: FLAVORITS accepts product changes under the following conditions: 1) Your request for change should be received in a written request within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt. 2) The products are in their original packaging without being damaged and only if they have not been used. 3) The products are accompanied by the relevant sales receipt (eg retail sales receipt). 4) You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to the following address: FOODMAKER, Strogili area PO Box 26, 19003 Markopoulo, Attica.
Replacements: All orders are packaged in the best possible way to ensure the safety of the products during transport. If, however, you receive any damaged products, please contact us within 2 working days of the date you received your order and FLAVORITS will replace your items at no cost to you.
In rare cases where you have received a certified product defective, FLAVORITS will replace it at our own expense, provided you submit a written request within 10 calendar days of receipt.
In this case, FLAVORITS will undertake to receive the parcel and to return it. Then, and if the problem is confirmed, FLAVORITS replaces this new item free of extra charge for you within 10 calendar days of the confirmation of the problem. Returns of defects that have not been committed by FLAVORITS are not accepted, and if there is no problem with the product you are returning, you are charged the cost of the return. In the very rare case where, due to lack or removal of the product, it cannot be replaced, a refund will be made in accordance with the conditions applicable to refunds.
Returns: Refunds are not accepted.
5. User Obligations

6. Settlement of Disputes
Any dispute arising out of the use of www.www.flavorits.com, and if it cannot be settled in a consensual manner, the courts of the city of Athens are competent to resolve it and the applicable law is exclusively Greek law.
